)
Wrap your artwork
Wrap your artwork before storing it. You can use hard cardboard or a large blanket.
Multiple paintings
If you are going to stack a number of paintings one behind another, place a piece of hard cardboard between them. Make sure the cardboard covers the entire piece.
Multiple size paintings.
If you are going to store different size paintings one behind another, always do it in size order... starting with the largest. Always place cardboard between the works.
Packing material
Do not let the material you are using to wrap your artwork touch the front of the painting. If you have no choice, place a layer of wax paper between the front of the canvas and the packing material.
